This feels way more solid than your first post...thats practise for you...and that you work with a mouse is...er?...I'm not sure whether I should say impressive or masochistic?
Interestingly this is very Indian...like the huge hand painted movie posters, it's realistic but in an idealised and somewhat 'plastic' way. Now that might be your intention I dunno, but if you're after a photorealistic look you need to cross blend your colour palette a little more.
For instance her skin tones will have natural differences in hue, the bright cloth of her clothes would reflect up into her face and the colour of the light falling on her will effect colour changes.
Try to avoid using ONLY the colour of an object for it's light and darks...ie dark blue for the shadows on the blue cloth and light blue for the highlights.
There's some nicely observed details here tho...I particularly like the skin wrinkles caused by her little finger.

What to do to avoid it - well, first of all, follow the classic rule of "tone first, color second": the flawed coloring does exactly the opposite. Plan the color composition so all colors form a harmony. And think of how the colors interact: how presence of a colored object affects other color objects in the painting. The latter is a skill learned slowly, I have to admit, but it's a very advantageous one to have.
A good starting point / refresher is the section on color in "Creative Illustration" by Andrew Loomis. And of course, nothing beats exercising the eye by observation and identifying tone and dominant hue in everything.
