Well done! I like how you've done the sky, it looks like a photo. The character design and the clothes are really nice. Her skintones are good too.

Here's some critiques:
The first thing that popped out to me were her wings. It looks like you've made them really narrow simply to fit them into the picture. In my opinion, if you're going to do wings, they should look like they're going to support her weight whilst she's flying- not that shes a fatty or anything And her feather look a bit too whispy, they're like that towards the start of the wings, but towards the tips the feathers get large to glide.

Also I cant really figure out where the light source is coming from. It seems like you've added highlights everywhere it looks pretty. The overall picture is very beautiful, but you would add more sense and realism to it if you watched the lighting.

Well done, dont get discouraged from my comments though, you have done and outstanding job. Just want to point some minor things out for next time, so you can become an uber artist
